Privacy & Cookies

This policy explains how this website handles personal data. In short: I never sell your data and use no advertising. Only if you consent, Google Analytics is used to measure how many people visit the site.
Who I am
This is the personal website of the artist Telesco Valentin. For any question about this policy or your data, write to me at telesco210377@gmail.com.
What I do not collect
There are no accounts, forms, newsletters or payments on this website, and no advertising tools. I do not build profiles, and I never sell data.
When you contact me
You can reach me by e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or social media. When you do, I receive the details you choose to send — for example your name, e-mail address or phone number, and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to talk about the works you are interested in.
This is based on my legitimate interest in answering your request, or on steps taken at your request before a possible purchase (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep these conversations only as long as needed, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires me to keep them longer.
These messages pass through the services you choose to use — Google (Gmail), WhatsApp, Meta (Instagram, Facebook) or TikTok — under their own privacy policies.
Technical data
Like any website, the server receives the technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. The hosting provider may keep it briefly in server logs for security and to keep the site running; it is not used to identify you.
Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts (bunny.net), a European service that does not log or track visitors.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics)
If you accept statistics cookies, I use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the website is used — for example which pages are visited, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and the approximate country or city. I only look at aggregate statistics and do not use them to identify you.
Google Analytics only loads after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you refuse or make no choice, it is not loaded and no statistics cookie is set. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Google processes this data on my behalf, as a processor. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data about individual visits is kept for 2 months, then deleted; only aggregate statistics remain. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to telesco210377@gmail.com and I will reply within one month. If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
I may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
